Barre

American Barre Technique® is a ballet inspired, low impact class that fuses fluid balletic movements with small staccato actions to trigger hard to work muscles. ABT tones and sculpts the outer physique into a lean dancer's shape. This class is perfect for women and men of all ages and strength levels and can be taken at your own pace. Increase your flexibility, tone and tighten your physique, increase endurance, and improve balance with ABT.

Pumped Up Strength

Pumped Up Strength is a new approach to resistance training. Utilizing combination movement patterns in a targeted, rhythmic progression, its superpower is the dynamic integration of upper and lower body movements set to fun music. The result? A sweat-drenched, functionally efficient workout that will challenge your body in new ways, improve lean muscle mass, and rev your metabolism.

REV + FLOW

Have you heard the phrase, “If you don’t use it, you lose it”? REV+FLOW strengthens bodies and sculpts muscles through targeted, music-based movements and resistance training. This workout will challenge your body in new and unique ways through easy-to-follow movements and uplifting music. REV+FLOW is a dynamic, low impact workout that's easy on your joints without compromising the intensity of your workout. All fitness levels welcome!
